It’s so relaxing to just walk around the mile-long private road that circles the Shekinah Lakes property. What views! Over the hills, under the trees, and around the lakes while you are listening to the beautiful songs of the cardinal, the mockingbird, and the many other songbirds that make their homes at Shekinah Lakes.
Exercise can be lots of fun when you are paddling on Lake Matthew in our paddle boats or testing your endurance by rowing or fishing from our rowboat. And, if you or your children like to swim, you will really enjoy our private beach and boat dock.
Our main lake and three ponds are so stocked with fish, you might just catch all you want without a worm on your hook! Imagine going fishing just outside or a few hundred feet from your front door!
There is so much waiting for you and your family at Shekinah Lakes, whether it’s for an evening or a lifetime (you’ll feel you are always on vacation).
